About Me
My name is Detra Harrell. I am a licensed Esthetician and make up artist located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. I have been in the beauty industry since 2008. I have worked in many different areas of the beauty industry, from salons to med spas. Recently I had a career in the cosmetic sales industry as an accountant manager for a few different prestige makeup brands. I have also worked on movie sets and photo shoots as a makeup artist, as well as being a make up artist for several weddings in the local area. I have learned so much since starting in the industry and I am always excited to learn more because, you can never stop learning!
About B.A.A. Beauty
I launched B.A.A. Beauty in May of 2021 because I saw a need for convenience within the beauty industry. With my mobile business I come to you and provide a variety of spa services. The inspiration for B.A.A Beauty is most definitely the matriarch of my family, my Grandmother. She is the most naturally beautiful woman that I know. When I finally decided to start my business, I knew I wanted to use her initials. One of the lessons that I learned from her is that we are all beautiful in our own special way. So when I say “Be your own kind of beautiful” It means exactly that! This business, no doubt, is a tribute to one of the greatest women to walk this earth.
